Shipping & return policy

Shipping
Shipping to the EU is £15.99 and costs Worldwide (i.e. US, Canada, Australia, NZ)  is £23.99.

Shipping within the UK is free.

Please e-mail me for unlisted / unusual destinations and I will request a quote for this and activate non-listed destinations.

If applicable, shipping costs will be automatically itimized and added to your shopping cart once you select your address / country of destination and shipping time estimates shown, when you select a painting.

After your purchase, I will email a confirmation and make shipping arrangements. Artwork is fully insured and tracked during shipping. You can discuss any shipping particulars by contacting my contact page.

Returns
I accept returns, if you are for some reason not happy with your purchase, 30 days from your purchase and refund the original cost of the artwork. Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and checked, I will send you a notification e-mail. I will also notify whether your refund is approved / rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 30 days.

Refund delays
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account and/or bank manager. Then contact your credit card company. Refunds can take some time before your refund listed. Please contact me if it takes more than 30 days from receiving your return.

Exchanges
Please contact me if you want to exchange your purchase. The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for exchanging and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping a replacement will be deducted from your original refund.

 A trackable shipping service and/or shipping insurance is highly recommended as we cannot refund items lost or damaged during shipping.
